Rules & Regulations

Events may be rescheduled in case of inclement weather. PIC reserves the right to cancel bookings due to safety concerns with full refund.
Sound levels must comply with local noise ordinances, especially after 8:00 PM.
15 days or more prior to the event date: No cancellation fee, full refund. 7 to 14 days prior: 25% cancellation fee charged. 1 to 6 days prior: 100% cancellation fee charged.
A security deposit of 25% of the rental is required. Any damage assessment and repair cost will be determined by PIC management and may be adjusted against the deposit.
Noise levels must be kept reasonable. Food and drink are only permitted in designated areas. Smoking and alcohol consumption are NOT allowed on campus. The renter must clean and return the venue to its original condition. Use of fresh flowers, lighting samai/lamp, and rangoli is NOT allowed anywhere on campus.
