Rules & Regulations

All bookings must be made in advance. Full payment must be made at least one week before the event. Payments accepted via bank transfer.
The maximum capacity is 600 seats in theatre style. Purpose of use (e.g., educational, cultural, non-commercial) must be specified at the time of booking.
15 days or more prior to the event date: No cancellation fee, full refund. 7 to 14 days prior: 25% cancellation fee charged. 1 to 6 days prior: 100% cancellation fee charged. PIC reserves the right to cancel any booking due to unforeseen circumstances with full refund.
A security deposit of 25% of the rental is required. Any damage assessment and repair cost will be determined by PIC management and may be adjusted against the deposit.
Fire exits must remain clear at all times. The renter is responsible for ensuring the safety of all attendees. First aid arrangements must be in place.
The renter is liable for any damage caused to the hall or equipment. PIC is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings.
Noise levels must be kept reasonable. Food and drink are only permitted in designated areas – NOT inside the hall. Smoking and alcohol consumption are NOT allowed on campus. The renter must clean and return the hall to its original condition. Easily flammable objects are NOT allowed. Live cooking is NOT permitted. Displaying banners, standees, posters, or branding material is permitted only in designated areas with prior approval. Use of fresh flowers, lighting samai/lamp, and rangoli is NOT allowed anywhere on campus.
The venue will be provided 30 minutes before the event and must be returned within 30 minutes after. Pre-event setup will be charged extra.
